Default witbier

Any suggestions about this

6lbs DME Wheat
1lb Clear Belgian candi sugar
1 oz Tettnager (bittering)
1 oz Hallentrau (aroma)
coriander seed
orange zest
WLP400

My questions are how close to style? LME vs DME? How are to hops?

I've never used Candy Sugar in a wit. But I know many people do. You want to be about 60/40 wheat/2-row, which your DME should already be. In my wit(the one that turned out great) I used a full oz of both Sweet Orange and Coriander, added at 5 minutes from flameout, in a muslin bag.

I would cut back the aroma addition. You want the Orange/coriander and yeast flavor to shine through. Wits are not hoppy beers.

I don't have any software with me, so without knowing OG, IBUs, etc I can't comment on how close to style you are. But just from the ingredients, I would say you are at least close.

Overall, I would say you look pretty good, minus the aroma hops.
