I didn't get all the ingredients in yet for my Sam Adams white clone, So I decided to Make a fruity wheat beer anyway... This Brew is steeping the spices as I type.. It smells incredible!
3 Gallon Boil.....
1oz Flaked wheat steeped 45min at 150
4oz Malto dextrin for body
1oz Tettnanger pellets
3.4lbs Coopers Wheat extract (liquid)
At 15min
.5oz crushed Corriander
1oz Tettnang leaf
8oz Clear belgian candi sugar
At Flame out
2# Orange Blossom honey
1oz Vanilla extract
5 grams Anise powder
.5oz bitter orange peel
.5oz sweet orange peel
1oz lemon peel
2oz pitted prune
.5oz corriander
2grams grains of paradise

On a lighter note my 13 year old daughter has some dude after her.. she doesn't realize he likes her.. I said go ask him how much to come over and mow the lawn...
