Are Fuggles gonna see a huge price increase like East Kent Goldings and Saaz (I heard about double)? Time to grow our own.

Fuggles are $1.60 at Fresh hops

I'm still wondering how much of the shortage is brewer induced on some varieties, after seeing how many here (including myself) have bought more hops than normal and are hoarding.
Reminds me of the 70's when there was never a shortage of oil but panic caused lines because, instead of filling up at 1/4 tank, ppl were filling up at 3/4 causing a shortage trucks to deliver the gas.

Seems some types are short, but others, everyone seems to have at inflated prices. Is there realy a shortage of those?

The big shortage is supposed to be high alpha varieties, but with the scare, everything may be a little scarce in a few months.
