Default When is it time to harvest? Hops

I have a bunch of cascade hops from a rhizome i planted this year. I have ordered a book on hops so i can properly construct a trellace and so i can know when to harvest , but the book has not arrived yet. Does any one know wht to look for as an indicator for harvest time?

Ideally 28% moisture. For homegrown, roll a flower between your fingers. If it feels crispy, then harvest. I've been told the German test is to flick a flower with your finger (like you were firing a spitwad at Judy four desks away). If it breaks off and only a couple petals are left on the vine, it's ready.
