When to add molasses?
That's the question.
At the start of the boil, at the end of the boil, or a day or two later (like I usually add honey)?
Whenever you want. I traditionally do all my adjunct additions towards the end of the boil. If you are doing several pounds of simple sugars, then you might want to stagger them and add some in primary. I usually wait til the first krausen falls, then add my next addition, then wait til that krausen falls before the next one, etc.
