Default Wheaten Beatdown

So I brewed this kit from Northern Brewer a little while ago. It is basically a hoppy wheat beer. I really liked it, but I felt it could use a little more malt flavor and mouth feel. The hops were just about right. How do you guys think I should change it?

8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.9 %
1.00 oz Palisade [7.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 4 24.3 IBUs
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 5 6.5 IBUs
1.00 oz Williamette [5.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 6 6.5 IBUs
1.0 pkg us-05 (safale) [50.00 ml] Yeast 7 -

Batch Size 5.5gal
Sacch Rest 152degF for 60min

What about just switching the Am. two row to Maris Otter? Would that add enough maltiness for you?
