Default wheat extract recipe advice

I'm thinking of a new brew going off a norther brewer wheaten beatdown recipe. Please advise what you think I want to bump up the alcohol content while keeping it light & hoppy.

1lbs Briess Caramel 10L steep

6lbs wheat extract
1lbs corn sugar
1bls light pilsen dme

2 oz falconers 7cs 60min
1 oz falconers 7cs 15 lbs
1oz cascade whole leaf dry hop

83.8 IBU
6.4% ABV
5° SRM
will this taste terrible?

Thinking 1056 but wanna consider wyeast wheat, american ale II or maybe dennys? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also considered also steeping some flaked maize?
