Default What would you brew with these ingredients?

I can't figure out what to brew this weekend, so I just inventoried all of my ingredients. What would you brew with the following?

Base Grains
  • Maris Otter
  • Pilsen
  • 2-row
  • Munich
  • Wheat
Specialty Grains
  • 1 lb. Honey Malt
  • 2 lbs. Aromatic Malt
  • 1 lb. C120
  • 3 lbs. C15
  • 1 lb. Vienna
  • 1/2 lb. Cara Pils
Hops
  • Nugget
  • Summit
  • Chinook
  • Hallertauer
Yeast
  • Nottingham
  • S-05

Um... literally anything that doesn't require specialty yeast?

But seriously. I'd make a bitter with MO, bit of wheat, some crystal 15 (really?), vienna, nugget + chinook, and notty.

An ordinary bitter sounds good, I've never brewed that style. This is what I came up with.

10 gallon batch
OG: 1.039
IBU: 40

10.5 lbs. Maris Otter
1.5 lb. Crystal 15
1 lb. Vienna Malt
0.5 lb. Wheat Malt
0.5 lb. Crystal 120
Mash at 154 degrees for 60 minutes

0.5 oz. Nugget at 60 min.
0.75 oz. Chinook at 30 min.
0.5 oz. Nugget at 15 min.
0.75 oz. Chinook at 15 min.

Nottingham yeast
