I'm looking to burn some of my hop inventory before it gets too old.
Here's what I have
What should I make?
I am going to go out on a limb and say you should use those hops to make Beer.
Drinking: All kinds of stuff
Kegged: Rollings Hills Pale Ale
Conditioning/bottled: Rollings Hills Pale Ale, Clackmananshire Wee Heavy
On Deck: Oldenwald Dunkelweizen.
Ooooooooooh Snap! He did it. I wanted to, but restrained.
Why not consider some sessionable single hop, malt centered beers to make the inventory go further?
I just recommended this site to a previous postHomebrewing Recipes and Articles
You can check out your hops in his list, click and up comes a recipe for the hops, grains whatever. Check it out.
I'd make a German Ale or something.
A neat little bundle to send to me.
