Maybe a nice vienna lager?

Blonde ale could also be very good.

Here's the one I usually do for 5 gal:

5 lb. Wheat
5 lb. Pilsen

1 oz. Hallertau 4% AA 60 min.

Wyeast 3068 Weistephaner Weizen

Simple, but makes a great beer. For 10 gallons, doubling it should be fine.

If you do extract, I would do (for 10 gal) about 13 lbs. of wheat malt extract.

Great recommendation, Fink! Except now he still has A LOT of hops left to use!

In addition to using Hallertauer in German beers (Weizenbock, Roggenbier, Dunkelweizen - I'm not sure if you can lager so I won't even start on that list), you can also use them in just about any Belgian and they would work very nicely.

Why does everyone assume he wants to make beer?

Because this is homebrewtalk.com. If we were on homecrafttalk.com, then he could discuss the macaroni and hop paper-mache' mosaic portrait he made of his corgi. But if he tried that here, we would chase him out with our mash paddles.
