Recipes 

I have a Belgian wheat fermenting right now and I'm going to rack it on to some fruit soon. I'm leaning toward using grapefruit shavings (possibly boiled in H2O before adding to the secondary). Before I go that route, I wanted to see what others have used in the past and see if there's a better sounding fruit or fruit combo to add. Any suggestions?
