What do you think about this Wheat Recipe?

Doing a wheat this weekend and came up with the recipe with my in stock ingredients. Anything you would change/add/remove?

Looks like a good recipe. What's your batch size here? Trying to get a grasp on OG and IBUs.

10 gallon batch or a wheat wine? Either way, it looks fine to me. I'd probably want more late hop additions, but if a more approachable beer is what you're going for, you'll be fine as is.

Making this for my sister in law because she is due next month with her first.

This will be 11.5 gal after boil. OG 1049.

Sounds good. This will make a nice, easy-drinking beer.
