14 # Vienna malt
2oz Amarillo
1oz Cascade
1oz Centennial
White Labs California Ale

Can anyone tell me if this could make a decent beer, or should I not even bother. Thanks!!

Recipes 

Sound like a good pale ale to me. Use enough of the Vienna to get to 1.055 or so, bitter with the Centennial to ~40 IBUs, add the rest of the hops in the last 10 minutes of the boil (or save an ounce for dry hopping).
