Was wondering if anyone could toss a good, tried and true recipe my way. I have massive amounts of the following, but can get some specialty grains/other hops:
English Pale Ale malt
Pilsner malt
Cascade/Cluster/Williamette.
A fresh 1056 yeast cake waiting to have something thrown on it.
