What to brew next...

Me and a buddy are gonna brew a RIS in a couple weeks, so I was figuring starting a batch to pitch onto would be a really good idea. But I don't know what to brew...any suggestions?

On hand hops (greater than 1/2 lb of each):
cascades
Northern Brewer
EKG

Already getting served/ fermenting:
APA (edwort's)
blonde
dry Irish stout
CCA
