I absolutely LOVE this yeast! I have never really been a huge fan of hefe beers. (Not my first choice) I racked my AHS Bavarian Hefeweizen kit over onto 4.5# of blackberries tonight, and there happened to be a bit left in the primary so I figured I'd put it in a glass. So, right now I am drinking the leftovers (a lot of yeast in there too) and it has such a wonderful banana spiciness, it is AWESOME!!! Just wanted to share my feelings about this one. Carry on...

Yes, it is a great yeast. Tonight, I had a couple hefeweizens fermented with Weihenstephan, and they were great.
