Default Water report

Water is an important part of the process. I just got my annual report from the water district and of the 100 or so things they check, the only item detectable was chromium at 0.0003 % of the legal limit! They did note, that most customers with copper pipes had copper and lead in the water, but well below the safe levels.

This is so good, that when I brew down at Tom's pizza place, I bring water with me.
