Default Warm fermenting

Anyone have suggestions/recipes for ambient temp fermented beers? I don't have temp control in my apartment, it's somewhere between 70 and 73 all the time. I've gotten away from belgian beers lately, and I was wondering if there are any other styles that can be made with these temps. Ideas?
