I will decline to vote. I have only used 12 or so to date, so I must respectfully decline to answer until I have given at least twice that many a fair try.
Excellent question though, I will look forward to the results to help me decide which ones to use next.

I'm a C hops fan, especially Centennials. Go US hops!

Come on guys, England needs more votes.

USA can't win at everything.

^ Yes we can!

I do love EKG and Fuggles, though! Favorite hops EVAR!

For me it would be:

1. Germany (Hallertau for Weizens)
2. Czech Rep (Saaz for Pilsners)
3. England (KEG for bitters)
4. US (Cascade for American Ales)

Other reasoning is because I'm not a hop head.

I like 'em all, but if I had to pick only one I'd go with English. Maybe it's a case of familiarity breeding contempt with all the citrusy US varieties, but I find the English varieties (EKG, Fuggles, Challenger, Target) more interesting. Just bought a pound each of Target and EKG to weather the "shortage".

England

I've got "I hate Cascade" rants around here somewhere.

I voted UK since 95% of what I brew uses UK hops.

The best? Whichever country runs out of hops last has the best hops at that point. Until then, it's a tie.
