The thing is now that most varieties are grow internationally.
If you mean originated from then that makes it clearer.
No need to guess as to where my vote goes.

Being the hophead that I am, I voted for US hops. Most of the high AA% hops that I use originated in the US (I think).
Even if they didn't, I'd vote for Germany before I voted for England.

While EKG might be my favorite hop...on the whole, there's more great varieties from the US than anywhere else.
