Default Vienna Malt / Amarillo SmaSh

Im thinking of brewing an Amarillo / Vienna Malt Smash this weekend with 10 Lbs Vienna Malt.
1 oz FWH
.50 20 min
.50 5 min
.50 1 min Im not sure what this combination will come out like I also have Cascade , Centennial Willamette , Columbus and Chinook what do you guys think will pair up best with Vienna I have a 50 lb bag of Vienna Malt and all these hops in the freezer and figured its time for a Smash recipe.

What will it come out like? A nice American pale ale. At least, if you use a neutral ale yeast. I bet it will be good.

Yeah, that will be a good yeast for it. You could also consider using the .5 oz bittering hop as a first wort hop to get more hop flavor.

In case you're not familiar with the technique, that's when you put the bittering hops into the kettle before you put the mash runoff into it - letting it steep at that cooler temp a bit before being stepped up to the boil. Many believe this gives the beer a stronger, more long-lasting hop flavor.
