Default very basic recipe

1 can unhopped light malt extart
2 pounds light DME
2 oz cascade
5 oz priming sugar

I want more hops and more body how should I juice it up, my local homebrew shop only has basic ingredients, but throw me your I deas hopefully I can get it brewed today.

1. Do they have grain? If so, get yourself a grain or hop bag and get some steeping grains.

2. Making your beer more hoppy? Aside from the obvious answer which is to buy more hops, the easiest ways to get hoppier beer are as follows:

A. Don't add your extract until later in the boil. Start hopping the water right away, though.

B. Dry hop, i.e. add some hops the beer in the carboy about 10 days before you are ready to bottle or keg your beer.
