Default Using Santiam Hops

We are growing a large quantity of these in our hop farm, and would like to find a good description of these hops when brewed with. Those of you that have experience with these especially in Lagers, please chime in.

Santiam is an excellent aroma variety. Brewers will find this as an excellent replacement of German Tettnang.

I don't know if your looking for personal experience using it, or just some more information on its characteristics. But the above came from this .PDF file,
