Default Using rye malt in a Black IPA

I am looking to do the Stone Sublimely clone, but I plan on adding standard Rye Malt (10%).

What do you think of the idea? Will it ruin it? Should I add it to the mash or steep?

So far here it is :

Canadian 2-Row Malt 11.0 lb 78%
Rye (US) 1.5 lb 10%
Crystal 60L (CA) 0.8 lb 5%
Carafa III (DE) 0.8 lb 5%

Not sure if you've had Firestone Walker Wookey Jack, but that's a black rye IPA and its delicious. There's a clone recipe on here if you do a search for it. I've brewed it and its damn close.

Bramstoker17 : it looks delicious! Seems pretty close to Stone sublimely except for the addition of Rye and Wheat, plus minor hops differences.

I might do the Stone sublimely - Wookey Jack mashup recipe! Or maybe try both.. I'm still not decided.
