Default Uses for wlp810 San Fransisco Lager...

Besides a California Common? I'm doing an Anchor Steam clone, and trying to decide what to do with the washed yeast. I'm all ears.

You could try a Cream Common (pre-prohibition). I'm about to brew this in a week or so - my first attempt at one. I'll let you know how it turns out. It's supposed to be a quick turnaround beer. I have a different yeast, but if my LHBS had White Labs I would probably use what you have. Pretty much the same anyway.

I have heard of people brewing Baltic porters with 810. This is my plan when I brew a Cal Common this fall/winter.
