Default Uncrushed grain shelf life

I have a relative that works with Rahr Malting in Minnesota and he has mentioned that he might be able to get me some 2-row...How long will this keep if I do get a large amount from him uncrushed? Any ideas?

I am relatively new to All Grain and not sure how much I take so it does not go to waste.

Drinking: American Orange Lager, Northwoods Brown Ale
Primary: Lakeside Raspberry Wheat

As long as it's stored dry, away from animals/bugs, and not in extreme temps it should keep far longer than you would ever need. I wouldn't really worry about it going bad.
