As winter whines down and warm weather is around the corner I need to plan for the summer ahead. I will be a rotation of Witbiers and Saisons and want to add a little more zest If I had to choose from Bloody, Cara Cara and Navel, which one should I go with and what is a reasonable quantity?

Recipes 

The flavor is up to you, Seville is the classic orange peel used for wits, but it can be tough to find. I've used navel and other eating/juicing oranges with fine results though (zest a few, smell and decide what character you want in your beer).
