Two to kickstart the fall brew season...

I haven’t brewed since the end of may, due to the heat and just being too busy/lazy.
This holiday weekend kicks off my fall brewing, and I’m starting with two very simple recipies..
Brown Ale
7 lbs pale malt
1lb victory
1lb crystal 60L
1 lb caramunich
1 oz fuggles kettle
1 oz ekg @30 min
English ale yeast, prolly from whitelabs.
Single Temp infusion at 154-156 for 90 minutes, mash out, sparge boil…
ESB
8 lbs pale malt
1 lb caramunich
1 lb flaked barley
1oz ekg kettle
1oz fuggles kettle
British ale east from whitelabs
Single Temp infusion, 155-157 for 90 minutes, mash out, sparge boil…
That should get me started off on the right foot for the rest of the fall….
