Default Two hearted Ale partial mash, need help

I've mostly stuck with AHS kits, but want to try my own recipe now and need some help. I've tried to model this from eschatz's all grain recipe. Let me know what you think before I order and start brewing, thank you!

I plan on mashing the grains at 154 for 60 minutes (1.5q/#), batch sparging at 170 for 10 minutes (0.6g/#). I will add the extract as a late addition at 15 minutes. I plan on using yeast from a few bottles of two hearted. I will dry hop in the primary during the last 7 days, bottling after 4-8 weeks in the primary (haven't decided how long yet).

Batch Size: 5.50 gal
Boil Size: 4.00 gal
Estimated OG: 1.061 SG
Estimated Color: 7.3 SRM
Estimated IBU: 58.9 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amount Item Type % or IBU
5 lbs Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 51.28 %
3 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 30.77 %
1 lbs Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 10.26 %
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 5.13 %
4.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 2.56 %
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (60 min) Hops 23.0 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops -
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (15 min) Hops 11.4 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (5 min) Hops 4.6 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (1 min) Hops 1.0 IBU
