Default Tweak this nut brown recipe...

I brewed this nut brown recipe from my local store last fall:

Extract
2.5 lbs Pale Malt Extract
4 lbs Amber Malt Extract
Grain
.5 lbs 120 L Crystal Malt
.2 lbs Chocolate
.125 lbs Roasted Barley
Hops
1 oz Perle (60 minutes)
1 oz Willamette (15 minutes)
1 oz Willamette (0 minutes)
Yeast
American Ale

I'm pretty satisfied with it, but would like to get a stronger "nut" flavor in it. I've read quite a few recipes using Victory for this reason (at least, I think) , and was thinking of using .5lbs, plus upping the Roasted Barley.

Anyone have any other suggestions to tweak to strengthen the "nut" flavor without totally changing the recipe?

Thanks!

Depending on how often you brew, and what your pipeline situation is, I'd just change one thing at a time. Go with the Victory first, and if its still not where you'd like it, then up the roasted barley.
