Here is my guess for a recipe....any thoughts

One note not in the recipe I was going to start with Saf-Ale US05, then secondary onto Raspberry's and add the Brett. I was thinking about 5lb of Raspberry

Man I feel kinda wrong for saying this, but shouldn't a beer called "Lolita" be served very, very young? Like a hefe fermented for maybe a week?

Hahhaha ok I laughed too hard when I read this....if it wasn't for the Brett in it, I would agree.

I felt like this beer was very sour for just having brett. I would guess that it picked up some other bugs in the barrel.
