Looking forward to what you have to say. Looking forward to the 80% Vienna results. Good timing too for a fresh side by side.

I would love to hear how this turns out as well. I have 3 nugget plants that produce about 3 5gallon pails of hops annually, so I have nugget coming out of my ears.

I wish it was an all Nugget hopped beer. I have never had one here in MN.

So, the brew fermented at 58f for 2 days, then 60f for two days, then 62 for 2 days. It's now sitting at 61f and slowing down. Haven't taken a gravity reading yet, but I'm sure it's done.

Will report final info once done.

My serving fridge (chest freezer converted to bar) failed, so I went to Best Buy today and haggled my way into a new 15 cu ft freezer for less than $300.

Working on putting it into my bar shell as we speak.

Here is a look at the shell:

Sorry for the delay, but my equipment failure was my highest priority.

Thanks.

Sorry. It's still in primary cleaning up. Will transfer to keg and dry hop in keg over next week. Will report flavor then.

Also, on my CO2 system, it usually takes 10 days to carb. As such it should be about two weeks before its ready to taste.

Thanks. I think I will postpone this one until you get your results, need to decide among a re-brew of SN Celebration, re-brew of Victory Hop Devil, or try a DogFish 60 or maybe Lagunitas IPA....hmm, what to choose.

There are several nugget nectar clone recipe attempts here and I want to try all of them. I have 11 bottles in my fridge right now that I will nurse for a while. :-)
