I have never made this before but I am just kind of stepping up my Imperial IPA recipe. I also never used candi sugar before. Do you just add it to the last 15 minutes of the boil? Thanks guys

Est Original Gravity: 1.121 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.026 SG
 
I would move some of the 50,45, & 35 minute additions to 60 to get your desired ibus then move the rest to late or dry hop with them. I would definitely dry hop.

How big is your mash tun? Efficiency may suffer with that much grain.
 
I never used that much grain or a keggle, so dont know. You may be fine. I have done 23-25 lbs in a 48qt cooler and still hit mid 70s%, but I had to sparge a little extra and boil longer. If you go that route you could add some hops at say, 90 minutes, and get more IBUs out of them. You may not need as many to bitter that way.
