I have only 1 oz Saaz, one ounce tradition, and 1/2 oz Sterling. Im def. using the Saaz for aroma, but would it be okay to use the tradition for bittering? (its typically a lager/ pilsner hop) ....If not I suppose the Sterling is okay
I really don't see why not. Tradition is a noble-type hop, so what little carryover if any from the bittering addition you may have in terms of flavor or aroma, should be in line with the style.
