Working on a pumpkin Saison recipe to brew this weekend.

4 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row)
4 lbs 8.0 oz Pilsen
2 lbs Munich Malt
8.0 oz Caramunich I
8.0 oz Rye, Flaked
8.0 oz Wheat, Torrified
1.0 oz Carafa Special II

2 cans Libby pumpkin purée (bake 350for a hour then put in the mash
Mash for 90 minutes

3 cloves 10 min
3 cinnamon sticks 10
3 teaspoons nutmeg

Hops
1 oz stryian golding (60 min)
.5 saaz 10 min

Yeast 3711
brewing with pumpkin and spices. Recipe is designed after reading over other recipes
