I just made a tincture with vodka and peppers, all I had to put it in is a brown bomber bottle, capped, but I've read about leaving it in the sun and I'm concerned that I should have use clear glass and perhaps capping wasn't a good idea either? Does anyone have any experience with this? Am I just worrying about nothing?
