Just cracked the 1st bottle of your Dogfish Head 60 Minute Clone (AG) and it is great.
Wonderful flavor and nice aroma. One I will make again.
Thanks for the recipe and figuring it out.

I'm glad you like it! I just bought some simcoe and amarillo hops today, so I can make it again. I'm not sure how close of a clone it is anymore- I haven't had the "real"version in ages. But I love that recipe, and that beer. I'm glad you're enjoying it, too!
