Default Tartness in my Belgian Blonde

Hello everyone-

I recently brewed a spinoff of BierMuncher's SWMBO Slayer, here is the bill:

7# 2 Row
4# Wheat
.25# Caravienne
.5# C10
.75# Oats (flaked)

1.25 oz Williamette 60 min

.20oz Dried Lemon Balm - 10 min
.25oz Coriander - 5 min
.25oz Sweet Orange Peel - 1 min

My issue with the beer is this- I love the malt profile. Its quite refreshing and has a nice smooth feel to it given by the oats. However, there's a pretty sharp tartness that I dont think is desireable. After having a few sips your tongue warms up to it, so i dont think I'd want to cut it out completley.. however it needs to be dialed back. I like the lemony character the balm gave it but I'm concerned that the combination of coriander/lemon balm/sweet orange is melding to make this recipe too tart.

What are your thoughts on how I might remedy this? Do you think I should half both the coriander and lemon balm additions? Is it a timing issue?

Thanks in advance for any help!
