Default Tallgrass Ethos tribute clone

Trying to come up with a recipe for one of my favorite beers, Ethos American IPA from Tallgrass. From some searching I found reference to the malts used and they list the 6 hops on their video. http://www.tallgrassbeer.com/beers/ethos

The mash isn't my concern but the hop schedule (both boil and dry hop) are where I don't know. Looking at some other American IPA and IIPA recipes I have put this together and wonder if people would be willing to comment.

So after emailing tall grass and getting some details from them I've come up with a new recipe. The told me their malts and which hops they use for each addition (but not the amounts for times). Hoping that maybe some people out there with a little more IPA recipe experience could help out. This will be a first crack at it so my main goal is just to get something that is at least well balanced on it's own and then I can tweak it to get closer to the original on the next version.

Any feedback on times and qty would be great.

12.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
1.10 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM)
1.10 lb Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM)
0.75 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] - Boil 60.
0.75 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] - Boil 30.
0.75 oz Crystal [3.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min
0.75 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min
0.25 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] - Boil 5.0
0.25 oz Crystal [3.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 15.0
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool
0.50 oz Crystal [3.50 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 15.0
0.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 15.0
2.0 pkg Danstar West Coast
0.50 oz Amarillo [9.20 %] - Dry Hop 0.0 Days
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Dry Hop 0.0 Days
0.50 oz Crystal [3.50 %] - Dry Hop 0.0 Days
0.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Dry Hop 0.0 Days

Some of the details I did get were that whirlpool was the same quantity of each and that the last addition the Willamette was 3X the others.

Thanks for any thoughts or comments.
