Default Sweet Orange vs. Bitter Orange in Witbeer

Heya folks,

I'm pretty new to brewing in general and all grain in particular (this will be my 2nd all grain).

Briefly: I'm 45+ minutes from the brewshop but in my witbeer ingredients as I was laying them out, I found I have Sweet Orange not Bitter Orange... as I have time and motivation today, I'm tempted to go for it?

Otherwise I might be waiting several weeks until I make it over that way again.

What do folks think?

some wit recipes call for one or the other or both. They are not the same thing, but I don't think you will be disappointed using sweet.

I prefer Bitter for the Wit, but sweet should be fine....

bitter tends to be the traditional route, but i love fresh grated zest in my wits. either way, you should get a tasty beer.
