What are your thoughts on this recipe. Half will get tangerine zest, half lemon zest at flame out.

This looks good. You could use something like Amarillo or Centennial at the 15-minute mark to bump up the citrus. Are you thinking about dry-hopping? Post your result.

No dry hopping planned for this beer.
I have plenty of chinook and C7 and a little bit of simcoe and centennial. I will sub out the 15 for centennial. Thanks
