Summer Wheat Idea
Well the homebrew bug has bitten hard, just bottled my third brew and can't stand to look at those empty carboy's. Looking for something refreshing for the summer, how does this sound?

IMHO, if you're going for a regular American Wheat Ale this looks good, maybe add some honey? I would throw the Tettnang in at 60, even before the Extract is added and add the Hallertauer in more at 30. Wheats aren't that hoppy, especially if you want to use it as a refreshing beverage on a hot summer day.
