Default Summer APA w/ lemon

I'm brewing my last distinctly summer brew of the year soon.

What do you think about this? It's loosely based off of the SNPA recipe in Clone Brews: I'm looking for a light colored, clean, citrusy, easy-drinking APA. I'm thinking the spiciness of the saaz will be a nice compliment to the lemon.

Brewer: Craig Weston Email: -
Beer: Summer Pale Ale with Lemon Style: American Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 5.75 gallons
Color:
6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 35 IBU

Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)

Grain:
10 lb. 4 oz. American 2-row
5 oz. American crystal 40L
12 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 71% efficiency
hold 30 minutes at 122 F
Hold 60 minutes at 150.
Collect 7 gallons wort
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
Hops: .65 oz. Columbus (13% AA, 60 min.)

.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 tsp irish moss 15 min
zest of 1 lemon 15 min
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 2 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 2 min.)
zest of 1 lemon 2 min

Yeast: WLP001 California Ale

Interesting. I have combined Cascade and Saaz before in a fruit beer but i have never added them simultaneously--I might be concerned that you will kind of negate their characteristics out by combining them. You might try flavoring with the cascade and finishing with the saaz. I could also be totally wrong, just a thought...

My first thought was to use all cascade for flavor and aroma, but I sometimes find that extreme citrus quality a little overwhelming in beers that use citrusy hops exclusively.
