Default Grains for steeping, substitution question

Hi all, I'm still an extract brewer. A nice guy here helped me with a recipe - but my homebrew store doesn't have the grains in the recipe. Are there any suggestions out there for substitutes, for each of these:

American Victory
American Caramel 20°L

My store has a lot of Weyermann and Muntons available.

You can use Crystal instead of the caramel, but I don't know about the victory.

Use some biscuit, amber or brown malt...whatever you can get.

as for the 20L...can you get 10L or 30L...just try something close.

If you can get 30L on the crystal, just try messing with the amount in your grain bill to get the correct color/gravity. The L is in reference to Lovibond, which relates to the color.
