Is biscuit malt a substitute for victory malt????? i assume yes.... can anyone tell me the difference in the taste between these two malts?

ah i see i see i see, the guy at the LHBS was talking differences but i couldnt seem to get him to nail down what that difference was hurray!!!!

Or you could just toast some 2-row for 30 minutes @ 275°F, to me doing that gives a richer almost nutty/bready flavor.
