Sub for EKG
I have a recipe that calls for EKG, but all I currently have on hand is:
williamette
cluster
hallartau
centennial
would any of these be a worthy substitute?

Willamette would be your best bet given those options. They are a hybrid of Fuggles, so at least they fall under the umbrella of English hops.

There's really no substitute for Goldings. As Slowbie says, your best bet is Willamette.
Cheers,
