It looks like a Vienna Lager with wheat. You could shoot for a BU:GU ratio around .6 (28-32 IBU) and finish with a moderate level of noble hops. Maybe .5oz Saaz at 15 and 5. That said style doesn't really matter unless you intend to enter a competition. I think the grain bill looks great, full of subtle malty flavors without too much residual sugar. I wouldn't go over 154 for the mash and you should end up with something very drinkable. Good luck.
