Belgian golden strong. I have a recipe in one of my BYO's. Trippel. Belgians have some great storng brews.

1.5 sugar
Belgian yeast, WLP570 Duvel (Moortgart) via McEwans,,,,or Wyeast 1388 Belgian Strong ale Duvel (Moortgart) via McEwans
And just to be different...IIPA with light Caramel malts.

thinking bout making a Trippel. where can i get the recipe? i found some but there were different variations, also i only want a 5 gal batch, and all the ones i found were 7. I'm a newbie...this being my 3rd batch, so instructions would be greatly appreciated...
