Brewed up a 6 gal batch of AHB bluemoon clone and thinking of racking a gallon on top of a pound of strawberries soaked in vodka for a couple weeks. What do you all think?
My caution is the orange peel and corriander used might not mix well.???

One pound of strawberries isn't a whole lot. It really depends on how much you want the strawberry to be present though. I made a wheat and used 7 pounds of frozen strawberries mashed up. It is VERY strawberry. A super tasty brew that got rave reviews from my friends.

It's 1 lb of Strawberries to 1 gallon of beer... just happens to be coming from a 6 gal batch. I just put the berries in whole, should I have mashed them up?
