Default Stout Recipes

Now that my brewery has expanded, I'm finding that I can finally brew the stout that I've felt I never had time for. Looking for some general all-grain recipes for a good middle of the road dry stout: moderate OG (1.050), good roasty charcter, single infusion mash. Any suggestions?

I've been looking to convert my extract Guinness-style clone. Take a look here!
